The beauty science profession was given another shot in the arm after IPEC Bureau introduced a scheme to certify professionals specialising in eyebrows, eye and lip Semi-Permanent (micro-pigmentation) through the Expert Semi-Permanent Makeup (ESPM) Certification Scheme.

The objective of this scheme is to meet industry demands for greater technical experts, world-class training institutions and enhance human capital development in Science of Face Art – a segment of Beauty Science.
