At IPEC Bureau we take great pride in our corporate social responsibilities (CSR) as we are always looking forward to putting smiles on the faces of the underprivileged members of the community, especially in reducing the disparity between them and society at large. We firmly believe that this will help society in general prosper in harmony and contribute Immensely towards nation building and achieving Malaysia’s Vision 2020.
IPEC Bureau’s upcoming CSR initiative is to support Wishesland, a Cerebral Palsy Association in Kuching, Sarawak to raise funds for the enhancement of its rehabilitation programs, at a charity event titled, Reignite Love From Borneo. IPEC Bureau’s Chief Executive Officer Dr Juliana Lim will be a guest speaker at the event – which will be held on 20 May, 2017 – and will touch on the importance of the ISO/IEC 17024 and consumer protection.
The funds raised at this event will go a long way to help create greater awareness and understanding of cerebral palsy and how it effects children. Medical data proves that a combination of encouragement, love and care, rehabilitation programs and medication presents a good chance of recovery for the affected children. We hope our support will make a difference in the lives of these children and put a smile on their faces.
